Jubilee Agency LLC, San Antonio, TX seeks Senior Accountant to monitor and reconcile incoming revenues from clients and insurance carriers, ensuring timely deposits, accurate commission entries and alignment with organizational revenue recognition policies. Review, analyze and reconcile commission statements received from insurance partners, validating earnings, claw backs and adjustments against internal sales records. Maintain accurate records of Accounts Receivables by examining invoices, client receipts and general ledger entries to ensure proper documentation and completeness. Oversee Accounts Payable operations by reviewing vendor invoices, scheduling disbursements and ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with internal control standards. Administer bi-weekly payroll and performance-based commission disbursements by reconciling hours worked and commission reports while maintaining compliance with wage and tax regulations.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement with supporting notes and variance analysis for executive leadership. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes by developing financial models, monitoring actual performance against projections and recommending corrective actions to meet fiscal goals.

Support financial planning efforts by preparing cash flow forecasts and working capital reports to guide resource allocation and business decision-making. Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP and industry-specific regulations by maintaining audit-ready documentation, supporting internal controls and facilitating audit processes. Interpret and apply tax regulations relevant to payroll, commissions and sales tax, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to applicable laws and cross-jurisdictional tax codes. Oversee implementation and enforcement of accounting policies, standard operating procedures and financial governance to mitigate financial risk and support regulatory compliance. Minimum Requirements: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field and 24 months experience.
